About our Founder and CEO
Arthur “Art” Shand
Founder and CEO of Synergetics.
Our Founder, has been involved in the art and strategy of business development his entire career. He has engaged in projects with national attention and has been the recipient of critical acclaim in numerous publications. Art has held leadership and ownership positions in many successful companies in the Design, Real Estate Acquisition, Real Estate Holding and Construction Forensics fields for nearly 30 years. Leadership of these companies helped to define his high yield, intuitive insight and expertise in the marketplaces of multiple states in the south central and south eastern US. He and his companies have received numerous awards from the NAIOP, AIA, and multiple Regional Chambers of Commerce including Business of the Year, and Business Man of the Year.
As an expert in the field of Business and Market Development, Art aspired in 2009, to create a company who’s sole focus was to build business, develop markets and manage public relations for and toward the success of other companies. This ambition was the Genesis and the Synergy which brought him to be the creator and founder of our company.
